What is Circadian Biology and why should you care?

Circadian biology is the next frontier of medicine for those who want to avoid a future of “lifetime” medications and become what I call Un-prescribable.

The irony is that the circadian clock physiology that humans evolved with first appeared in bacteria 2.5 billion years ago! It is only recently that scientists and doctors are understanding the impact of circadian biology on chronic disease and human performance. Circadian biology is a fundamental law of nature, and we get sick when we break these laws.
